This year’s theme is titled New Love New Mercy, Lamentations 3:21-24. This scripture resonates with people who have suffered or have learned to be compassionate with those who have suffered. However, in the midst of hardship these verses of hope shine through, “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, God’s mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
